Fragrant gingerbread cookies with double glaze.
We prepare these gingerbread cookies according to a special recipe: we knead the yeast-free dough in two stages, and be sure to let it rest so that the gingerbread cookies turn out porous and airy.
Rye flour is added to the dough – a valuable source of protein, fiber and vitamins B and E, iron and zinc. Rye flour starch helps retain moisture longer and maintain the freshness of our gingerbread cookies.
By the way, we produce flour for gingerbread ourselves – using European equipment from grain that we grow in the ecologically clean expanses of Altai.
We cover each gingerbread with glaze – thick white on top and chocolate on the bottom. The glaze helps preserve the flavor and softness of the gingerbread.
The dessert will appeal to both kids and adults. And the soft, delicate texture will delight the oldest generation of the family.
